Worst dental office! This office is clearly more focused on collecting money than helping their patients. My son has full dental insurance coverage, but the office refused to see him because of a coordination of benefits issue that only required updating his insurance information. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they insisted I pay out of pocket. As his parent, I spent over four hours on the phone with the insurance company obtaining a termination letter from his previous insurance so his current insurance could be correctly listed as his primary coverage. After I provided everything they needed, the office still refused to submit the updated information to the insurance company. To make matters worse, a staff member (Racquel) even hung up on me. What makes this even more disappointing is that my other child has been a patient at this office for over 12 years. After years of loyalty, I have never been treated with such disrespect. The most upsetting part is that my son needed to be seen for an emergency after he accidentally knocked out a tooth prematurely. I simply wanted to make sure there was no nerve damage or injury to his permanent adult tooth. Instead of prioritiz

Dr. Monica Agudelo is truly amazing! She is always so gentle, patient, and kind with my daughter, making her feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The whole team (receptionist and dental assistant) is welcoming and caring, and you can tell they genuinely love working with kids. Such a positive experience every time. We highly recommend her!

took my son to Mine Mouth dental clinic and had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially with children. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure my kids felt at ease throughout the entire visit. The place is clean and organized, and the wait time was short. My son left happy and without fear, which is very important to me. I definitely recommend this place to other parents looking for a good dentist for their children.

I absolutely love Mini Mouths, they’re so attentive, gentle, and caring with how they handle the kids. My son has never had a bad experience with them. The office is tailored to the kids, tvs mounted to the ceiling, cute graphics, arcade games to play while in the waiting room and prizes after each visit. The staff is to notch, can’t think of a better dental office.
